First Time Joining a Gong Bath? Here's What to Expect
Welcome — whether you're new to sound healing or simply curious, Reset Tuesdays is a safe, nurturing space to explore deep rest through sound.
You’ll be welcomed into The Wooden House, a cozy, tranquil space designed for stillness and healing. The session takes place lying down on a soft cotton sound bed, with blankets and cushions provided for your comfort.
We’ll begin with a short grounding practice to help you settle into your body. Then, the gong bath begins — you’ll be immersed in waves of sound vibrations created by large healing gongs. These sounds are not music in the traditional sense — they’re deeply resonant tones that help the brain shift into a meditative, restful state.
There’s nothing you need to do but lie down, close your eyes, and receive.
