Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations 48+ Hours in Advance: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled to a later date (subject to availability). Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. No-Shows: If you do not attend your session and fail to notify us in advance, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will proceed as scheduled, and no additional time can be added.
